Sem nenhuma comprovação médica, uma técnica bem estranha está fazendo sucesso entre algumas gestantes
Uma nova técnica tem deixado muitas pessoas na internet de QUEIXO CAÍDO e muitas outras se perguntando: ‘será que isso é seguro?’. Trata-se do Método Bloom. Nesta técnica, as gestantes encolhem a barriga ao máximo e depois soltam. Os instrutores do método defendem que ele ajuda a fortalecer a musculatura abdominal da gestante e também contribui para o momento do parto.
O problema? É que não existe nenhuma comprovação médica de que este método de fato proporcione benefícios para a mãe ou para o bebê. Também não se sabe se isso pode acabar prejudicando o bebê ou não. Portanto, se você está grávida, NÃO tente isto em casa, ou ao menos, converse com seu ginecologista e veja a opinião dele antes de tentar este método.
